Job summary

A Leading R&D Agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Executive for billing operations. The role involves end-to-end payroll administration and candidates must have a minimum diploma in Human Resource or related fields. The Opportunity
  • I am currently partnering with a Leading R&D Agency in Singapore to hire HR Executive billing operations
  • 5 days work week, 830am-6pm
  • Location: one-north
  • Salary: Up to $3000
  • 1 year contract - able to convert/renew
Job Description
  • Handle end-to-end payroll administration, including CPF and tax submissions, using SAP software.
  • Prepare monthly headcount reports, payroll reconciliation, and other payroll-related reports.
  • Process Employee Self-Service (ESS) claims such as flexi benefits, dental, and mobile allowances.
  • Coordinate with Finance on treasury provisions and payroll reconciliation.
  • Generate and submit general ledger journals to Finance for completed payroll cycles.
  • Process and verify statutory claims (e.g., NS Leave, Government Paid Leave such as childcare and maternity leave).
  • Assist auditors with payroll-related audit exercises.
  • Address employee queries regarding salary matters promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate independently and proactively with stakeholders to resolve payroll issues and support system upgrades/enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or Business or Finance related studies
  • 1 years Experience in HR Payroll/finance experience in public sector
  • Knowledge of SAP System is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, strong analytical skills and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
