Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment processes, handle HR functions using QuickHR, and liaise with government agencies on employee matters. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in HR and relevant qualifications. Responsibilities include payroll processing, maintaining the HR database, and supporting overall HR operations. This role operates on a 5-day work week with business hours from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to commence work within a short notice period.
  • Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for staff onboarding and offboarding.
  • Responsible for all HR functions using QuickHR and managing work passes.
  • Liaise with government authorities on employee matters.
  • Assist in payroll processing and resolving payment issues.
  • Maintain accurate HR database for monthly reporting.
  • Prepare HR statistical reports and submit insurance claims.

Senior HR Executive
Job Description:
  • Manage the recruitment process for Staffs on-boarding and off-boarding letters and related matters.
  • Responsible for the Full HR functions by using QuickHR with Application & renewal of work pass for foreign workers (If any)
  • Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters.
  • Assist process payroll and resolve payment issues for overtime, allowances and other incentives etc.
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records for monthly manpower reporting and analysis.
  • Assist in preparing HR statistical reports, CPF Submission, MOM surveys, Yearly IR21 etc.
  • Assist to submit employee related insurance and medical benefit scheme claims.
  • Ensure all employee related insurance and medical claims are completed and updated.
  • Prepare weekly or monthly HR reports.
  • Support the daily operations of HR team.
  • Other duties, ad hoc HR projects and initiatives assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Able to commence work within short notice period or immediately.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Pivot Table, Vlookup, SUMIF, Microsoft Words and QuickHR.
