A growing recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a HR and Payroll Assistant to support its development. Responsibilities include general HR support, payroll processing, maintaining employee databases, and assisting in recruitment duties. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in a related discipline, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role demands the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
We are a centrally located boutique recruitment firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on a HR and Payroll Assistant who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.
Providing support in all general human resource matters
Involved in preparation and processing of payroll
Handle timesheets and documents submission for payroll processing
Update and maintain employee database
Support internal recruitment related duties
Handle work pass application, renewal and etc
Supporting general administrative
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Diploma / Degree in related discipline
Good organization skills
Experience in Microsoft Excel
Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently under minimal supervision
