Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a finance and HR administration role. Responsibilities include verifying purchase orders and invoices, processing transactions, and managing HR documents. The ideal applicant should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in finance or HR, basic invoice handling skills, and familiarity with SAP B1 or similar ERP systems. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or HR administration.
  • Basic understanding of finance processes such as invoice handling and PO/GRN matching.
  • Proficiency in SAP B1 or other ERP systems is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and match Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance.
  • Process invoices and perform data entry for finance transactions.
  • Prepare vendor payment schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Create sales orders and invoices as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for finance operations.
  • Support SAP automation transition, including system testing, data validation, and comparison checks.
  • Manage pantry orders and replenishment.
  • Maintain and update basic HR records and filing systems.
  • Perform data entry and support ad-hoc HR administrative tasks.
  • Assist with office activities during festive seasons, including decorations and staff events.
