2. Handle monthly payroll, CPF submissions, government paid leaves, NS make-up pay claims, annual IRAS submissions, and tax clearance.
3. Administer leaves and staff benefits.
4. Manage insurance matters related to workers' coverage and claims.
5. Collaborate closely with the manager on recruitment activities, including posting on job portals, liaising with recruitment agencies, and scheduling interviews.
6. Process government grants and claims.
7. Manage vehicle-related matters such as road tax, insurance, and other related tasks.
8. Handle renewal of licenses such as BizSafe Level 3, P&F transport, diesel storage license, and office container.
9. Ensure proper documentation and upkeep of records.
10. Perform any ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
