Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll & CPF contributions for all employees under Singapore / Malaysia employment.
• Advertising and sourcing of available positions.
• Arranging interviews, screening, and trainings where necessary.
• Ensuring all government regulations regarding foreign hires are followed.
• Guiding Workers through onboarding orientations and exit interviews.
• Ensuring new hires are in the Facial Recognition System.
• Liaise with local institutions to source and recruit interns.
• Coordinate intern interviews, screening, onboarding, and required training programs.
• Ensure full compliance with government regulations and legal requirements for foreign interns and hires.
• Oversee and guide interns throughout the internship program.
• Prepare and compile HR and other ad-hoc reports.
