A logistics company in Singapore is hiring for a position that involves executing MAWB/HAWB and monitoring export shipments. Candidates should have relevant experience with A.O.G. shipments and be prepared to work outside standard hours as needed. Strong organizational skills are required due to the high volume of urgent shipments.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in handling A.O.G. shipment is required.
- Willingness to standby after office hours on Sat/Sun/PH as needed.
- Ability to cope with high volume of jobs and urgent shipments.
Responsabilités
- Execution of MAWB/HAWB.
- Monitoring and following up on export shipment and checking shipment status.
- Creating billing, shipment details, and permit declaration, emailing customers or overseas agents.
- Familiarity with CCN.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

- Salary Range: $3,300 – $4,000
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, 5.25 days (Alt Sat 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM)
