Job summary

A leading wellness company in Singapore is seeking a full or part-time receptionist. The ideal candidate will greet customers warmly, coordinate appointments, handle billing, and maintain a positive environment. No prior experience is needed as training is provided. This role requires the ability to communicate in both English and Chinese, with flexible hours including weekends and public holidays. Compensation ranges from $2500-$3200 monthly for full-time, or $10-$15 per hour for part-time.

Job Description
  • Ensuring meet and greet customers.
  • Ensuring a positive and warm friendly attitude to welcome clients.
  • Coordinating guests' appointment with the therapist.
  • Schedule new appointment for client.
  • Answering all calls that come into the spa.
  • In charge of all billing procedures and the correct reconciliation of funds the reception desk and at the end of the day's work.
  • Scheduling reservations for guests and monitoring availability of treatment and staff ensuring punctual service as per the relevant skills of therapist.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as when needed.

Full Time

Basic + Allowance + OT from $2500-$3200*

Working hrs: (9hrs) 1pm-10pm x 5days + (11.5hrs) 10.30-10pm x 1day (1off day) or (11.5hrs) 10.30-10pm x 5 days (2 off days)

Work week including Sat & Sun & Public holiday.

Part Time

$10-$15/hr* (Min 4hrs/day, min 3days/week) From:6:00pm-10:00pm
