The company offers a competitive salary range of $3200 to $4000 and operates Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering.
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
• Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and quotations.
• Evaluation of claims/bills submitted by Subcontractor/Supplier.
• Prepare monthly progress claim.
