The role requires a diploma in Engineering or a related field along with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry. Key responsibilities include preparing Bill of Quantities, budget statements, and liaising with clients on claims. Candidates proficient in negotiation and problem-solving are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Study contract documents, take measurements, and prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ).
  • Assist with contract administration and progress claims.
  • Source quotations and prepare BQ for tender pricing.
  • Prepare monthly budget statements for review by Superior.
  • Update Superior on contractual and site matters.
  • Review and verify Subcontractor/Supplier claims.
  • Attend site and progress claim meetings.
  • Monitor projects during the defect liability period.
  • Maintain departmental Quality System.
  • Comply with WSH Act responsibilities.
