A healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual to evaluate and implement care for patients with chronic kidney disease. The candidate will conduct patient education, collaborate with healthcare providers, and contribute to quality improvement activities. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Life Science is required along with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Life Science required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary.
Responsabilités
- Evaluate, plan and implement care of patients with chronic kidney disease.
- Conduct teaching and counseling for patients and their families.
