Job summary
A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a qualified candidate to support the Head of Department in overseeing service planning and execution of mental health programs. Responsibilities include strategic implementation, stakeholder engagement, and budget management. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related discipline and extensive experience in primary care and community development.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in primary care or community development.
- 5 years’ management experience.
- Experience in multi-agency work/healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the HOD in strategic implementation of mental health services.
- Present findings to senior management for policy review.
- Integrate mental health services into primary healthcare.
