Job summary

Job Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing initiatives and projects that support the strategic and operational goals of the Diagnostics Services team.
  • Partner with Diagnostics service leads to develop, implement, and maintain marketing and outreach efforts for the business unit.
  • Manage and respond to feedback from internal and external clients to support continuous service improvement.
  • Provide administrative, coordination, and professional support for business development activities and cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain and update the business unit’s internet and intranet pages, ensuring accurate content and timely enhancements based on user feedback.
  • Oversee and manage both new and existing contracts with internal and external stakeholders, including coordinating with the Legal team on any changes to terms and conditions.
  • Lead communication efforts and foster strong relationships with stakeholders by ensuring timely updates and clear dissemination of workflow-related changes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in business development, project coordination and stakeholder communication within the healthcare industry
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Education qualification in any Business / Marketing field or equivalent
