Senior/Associate Executive (Neurosurgical Service)

KK Women's and Children's Hospital – Bukit Timah

The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Neurosurgical Service, assisting the Head of Service, Division Office, and surgical departments. This role involves managing daily operations and handling confidential matters in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage HOS calendar, correspondence, and visitor coordination
  • Prepare duty rosters, operating lists, and coordinate meetings
  • Handle manpower processes and maintain departmental records
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Coordinate divisional communications and responses
  • Maintain divisional website and documentation
  • Provide administrative coverage and backup support
  • Assist with special projects like annual gift coordination
Requirements
  • Diploma with 4 years of relevant experience and demonstrated competency, or Higher NITEC / NITEC / GCE N / O / A Level with 10 years of relevant experience and demonstrated competency
  • Prior working experience in the healthcare industry and support provision to senior or mid-level management will be an advantage
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Good knowledge of office management principles and procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively across departments and divisions
