Job summary
A staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focused on patient billing activities. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate billing, monitoring unbilled accounts, and liaising with patients and third-party payers. Candidates should possess at least an A Levels/Diploma in any discipline and be able to start on short notice. This position includes a regular work schedule of 5 days and supports the training of new team members.
Qualifications
- Start within short notice.
- Min A Levels/Diploma in any discipline.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Business Office staff to ensure patient billing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing activities.
- Monitor unbilled accounts and update records.
- Correspond with patients and third-party payers.
- Assist in training new team members.
Education
5 Days office hours, require to work one sat half day every 5 weeks
- Work closely with Business Office staff and other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of patient billing activities
- Ensure all data elements required are captured accurately and on a timely basis
- Ensure all bills are claimed promptly
- Check bill for reasonableness and correct errors discovered on the patient accounts
- Monitor unbilled accounts, update records and databases
- Correspond and liaise with patients, third party payers and external organisations
- Assist in training new team members and maintain internal control
Start within short notice. Min A Levels/Diploma in any discipline.
