Job Description:

Purpose of Position:

You will be responsible to ensure tofill staffing gaps and cover shortages as needed, essentially providing flexible staffing across various in-house clinics, to ensure consistent patient care regardless of fluctuating patient volume or staff availability;you are expected to adapt quickly to different clinical settings and patient population. You will be trained to understand the day to day operation to ensure smooth operational and clinical processes in every in-house clincs.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Ensuring staff members work effectively by working closely together with them.
  • Adjustments to different existing clinical nursing processes across all in-house clinics
  • Coordinating with physicians to develop care plans based on a patient's individual medical needs
  • Setting standards to maintain accurate and detailed patient and case records
  • Ensure a consistent prominent level of service and clinical standards are maintained in the clinics.
  • To participate in performing regular audits on a full spectrum of policies and procedures.
  • To help supervise and educate newly employed staff.
  • To help provide training and guidance on service and clinical quality standards.
  • To plan and execute “Action Plan” to improve the service and clinical standards.
  • To be actively engaged in the monitoring of discipline and conduct of all frontline staff
  • Effective and intensive data management and analysis on operational indicators.
  • Actively engaged in creative work process improvement projects.
  • Be familiar with the guidelines set out in all in-house clinic like standard operating policies and procedures and comply with them.
  • Performs any other additional duties as assigned by Team Lead / Lead Nurse / Clinic Manager / Clinic Supervisor and Operation Managers

Job Requirements:

Skills and Knowledge
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to work with the clinical staff, clients and other providers
  • Strong clinical nursing skills
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively assess processes within the clinic
  • Ability to lead clinical staff and constructively give feedback and perform reviews
  • Good computer skills required
  • Commitment to demonstrating personal integrity through punctuality, honesty, an ability to follow instructions, proper attention to detail in all work matters, and a willingness to learn from others
  • An ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities in accordance with the needs and mission of the clinic, multi-task, and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing or stressful conditions, including unanticipated changes to working schedules or locations
  • Adequate written and verbal communication skills for communicating coherently and professionally with patients and co-workers

Job Specification
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomain Nursing.
  • Registered on Singapore Nursing Board

  • Preferably Manager specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
