Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role focused on migrating examination materials into a digital platform. Responsibilities include formatting content, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining quality control throughout the migration process. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple timelines. This position requires on-site work for at least three days a week. A dynamic and fast-paced work environment awaits qualified individuals.

  • Experience with database systems or content management platforms would be advantageous.

  • Migrate examination materials into a digital platform.
  • Format and prepare content according to system templates for bulk upload.
  • Troubleshoot simple technical issues during the upload and implementation process.
  • Assist with the setup of system infrastructure.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout the migration process.

Monday to Friday: Office hours

Job Description:
  • Migrate examination materials into a digital platform
  • Format and prepare content according to system templates for bulk upload
  • Troubleshoot simple technical issues during the upload and implementation process, and elevate more complex issues to the vendor for resolution
  • Assist with the setup of system infrastructure to ensure proper organisation and mapping of materials
  • Handle various file types including text and image-based content
  • Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout the migration process
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
Job requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams/timelines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English and able to respond to enquiries from stakeholders over the phone or over email, as needed.
  • Experience with database systems or content management platforms would be advantageous
  • Able to work in the office for at least 3 days a week. Travel to alternative office site (81 Kim Keat Road) may be required on specific days.
