Job summary

A leading solutions company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant for a 1-year temp role to support the Digital and Transformation office in enhancing HR processes. The successful candidate will manage dashboards, support project discussions, and optimize HR operational processes through automation. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in relevant fields, strong interest in HR technology, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track HR projects.

Senior Executive Assistant, Digital and Transformation, HR GSS (1-Year Temp)

Duration: 1-Year Temp (with 1-month gratuity if the full period is completed)

The HR Group Shared Services (GSS) team is looking for an individual to support the Digital and Transformation office in enhancing HR processes. The role focuses on improving HR workflow efficiency, system enhancements, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) development, and leveraging Power Automate applications.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track the progress of multiple HR projects and enhancements.
  • Support multi-stakeholder project discussions, including HR Shared Services process owners, HR Tech teams, and external IT vendors.
  • Review and optimize HR operational processes, focusing on automation of repetitive tasks (e.g., claims submission) through RPA and/or Power Automate.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of RPA projects and Power Automate solutions.
  • Participate in the enhancement and testing of HR chatbot features and functionality.
  • Assist with Change Management communications and organize training sessions as needed.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support for HR Digital projects.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in HR Technology and Digital Transformation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and/or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
