Job summary
A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking a Head of Commercial to execute the group's commercial strategy across diverse segments such as Vehicle Sales, Rental & Leasing, and Insurance. This role is pivotal in aligning sales, business development, and marketing efforts into a cohesive structure while driving revenue and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in commercial execution, team leadership, and cross-functional integration, addressing challenges decisively for optimal results.
Qualifications
- Accountable for the end-to-end execution of commercial strategy.
- Experience in revenue performance and demand generation.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and integrate efforts.
Responsibilities
- Execute group-wide commercial strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Oversee all sales verticals including car sales, rentals, and insurance.
- Set clear business development priorities and manage the BD pipeline.
- Own the marketing and branding functions for effectiveness.
- Act as the integrator between various departments, resolving conflicts.
