Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Singapore roads is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Update inventory status in AX system.
  • Record all goods returned in daily return excel file.
  • Schedule daily delivery and update delivery schedule file.
  • Manage document files.
  • Assist in daily warehouse related paperwork.
  • Ensure housekeeping.

  1. Update inventory status (Receiving / Issuing) in the computer – AX system.
  2. Record all goods returned from installer / customer in the daily return excel file (Daily Return Records Folder).
  3. Schedule daily delivery & update daily delivery schedule excel file (Delivery Schedule Folder).
  4. Manage document files.
  5. Assist in daily warehouse related paperwork.
  6. Housekeeping.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore roads (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Fluent proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is essential for this role, and this requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking clients/partners/staff
