We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and uphold the quality standards of our dishes.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency and hygiene standards
- Develop and improve menu items across multiple cuisines
- Train, lead and supervise the kitchen team
- Manage inventory, food cost and kitchen efficiency
- Ensure smooth and timely service during operations
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge in Western cuisine (必需)
- Versatile and experienced in multiple cuisines, including:
- Chinese cuisine
- Western cuisine
- Filipino cuisine
- Malaysian cuisine
- Indian cuisine
