A global life sciences leader headquartered in Singapore seeks a Head of APAC Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategy across the region. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing multi-country operations. This position requires strategic insight, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment technologies. Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, the Head of APAC TA plays a critical role in the execution of all TA activities occurring in the high growth APAC region for Agilent. This individual will lead the regional recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives while addressing local market dynamics. This role is responsible for leading and building a high‑performing TA team, driving employer branding, and delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences across multiple countries in the Asia‑Pacific region. This individual will also serve as a critical team member of the global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team (TALT), contributing to and leading broader TA priorities, activities, and strategies as part of the Agilent Ignite Transformation.
This job has a full‑time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
