Job summary

A private banking firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage the AC/DC product lifecycle processes and daily valuations. Responsibilities include processing payments, handling securities transactions, and performing client offboarding tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience with derivatives and structured products, possess strong data management skills, and demonstrate effective communication abilities. This position is opened to Singaporeans only.

Job description

Duration: 3 Months | Private Bank

Responsibilities

• Manage AC/DC Product Lifecycle Processes (Equity and FX)- Create and set-up asset in system and provide long form confirmation for client
  - Manage daily fixings until (early) redemption of product

• Handle daily OTC Option and DCI Fixings.
• Manage and upload daily valuation (MTM)
• Be the subject matter expert for front office and head office Operations

Payments / Transfers

• Process incoming outgoing payments and troubleshoot when issues arise
• Manage the delivery of securities free of payment and vs payment (incoming and outgoing).
• Handle cheque and cash related transactions.
• Dealing with Head Office for Reconciliation breaks

Special Condition Set-up / Handling

• Amend and verify stock exchange orders
• Manage retrocession and trailer fees

Other tasks

• Perform client offboarding related task
• Write off securities
• Manage LEI application
• Handle return mail management
• Mail physical output
• Manage physical archive

Requirements

• Experience in Derivatives, Structured products

• Experience with Avaloq is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
• Good communication skills
