The Head of Commercial Excellence, Asia is a senior leadership position within Dornier MedTech’s newly established Commercial Excellence Hub. This role works closely with regional General Managers to develop, implement, and integrate Dornier’s global Commercial Excellence system across designated business units. Influencing rather than controlling directly, the Director serves as a trusted partner and coach to General Managers, utilizing structured problem-solving, best-practice Commercial Excellence methods, and practical deployment experience.
The mission of the Head of Commercial Excellence, Asia, is to raise the level of commercial performance across Dornier MedTech’s regional businesses by applying standardized Commercial Excellence principles, tools, and operating rhythms. Through coaching, insights, and disciplined execution, the Director helps General Managers turn data into decisions, decisions into actions, and actions into sustained, profitable growth, while considering local market conditions.
