Gprnt (pronounced “Greenprint”) is a green disclosure and data fintech launched by the Monetary of Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), with a focus on helping businesses worldwide unlock their ESG data, transition business models, and maximise their economic gains in the green economy. We are seeking for an experienced

Head of Product (12 months Contract, Maternity Cover)

from Mar 2026 – Feb 2027, to lead our product function. This is a mission-critical leadership role overseeing product strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data, commercial, and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for maintaining product momentum, guiding the product team, and ensuring strategic continuity across our platform offerings. This role is ideal for a seasoned product leader who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments, can manage both strategy and operations, and is comfortable working with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

• Own and evolve the product roadmap across multiple product lines
• Ensure strategic alignment with the long-term product vision and company OKRs
• Provide direction on prioritisation, sequencing, and resourcing across competing workstreams
• Identify strategic opportunities and risks, and guide product decisions accordingly

Leadership of the Product Organisation

• Lead, mentor, and support the product team (APMs, PMs, designers)
• Maintain clarity, alignment, and momentum across product squads
• Set high standards for product craft, discovery, documentation, and delivery
• Support team members’ development and ensure they are empowered to execute

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Work closely with engineering leadership to enable smooth execution
• Partner with commercial, partnerships, and operations to ensure product-market fit and client delivery
• Provide product and strategic updates to the executive team and board-level stakeholders

Client, Partner & External Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with key customers, enterprise users, and strategic partners to understand needs and validate direction
• Represent product in key client conversations, demos, requirements workshops, and major implementations

Execution & Delivery Oversight

• Ensure product delivery cycles run smoothly and in alignment with roadmap goals
• Oversee sprint planning, prioritisation decisions, and release cycles
• Maintain product quality across discovery, specifications, QA, and launch readiness
• Track and review product analytics, performance, and user adoption metrics

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles (Head of Product, VP Product, CPO, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated success leading product teams in early-stage or high-growth SaaS or fintech environments
• Proven experience owning multi-product roadmaps and overseeing complex product ecosystems
• Strong strategic thinking balanced with hands‑on operational execution
• Confident working with enterprise clients, B2B stakeholders, and cross-functional leaders
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to make clear decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving contexts
• Bonus: Experience with data-centric platforms, ESG or fintech products is a strong advantage
