Job summary
A recruiting firm located in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to identify new sales opportunities and manage client relationships. The role involves maintaining a client portfolio, managing contract discussions, and working towards individual sales objectives. Suitable candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and be capable of providing professional support to clients. The position reports directly to the Head of Sales and collaborates with the commercial team on various business development activities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities through outbound outreach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and engagement with existing clients.
- Maintain and manage a portfolio of client contacts in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client engagement, contract discussion, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client enquiries and deliver appropriate customer support.
- Work towards achieving individual sales objectives set by the company.
- Report to the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with the commercial team on sales and business development activities.
- Prepare and submit CRM updates and sales‑related reports as required.
