About Canopy

Canopy is a modern wealth data and intelligence platform built for family offices, wealth managers, private banks, and complex investment ecosystems. We help investment teams consolidate fragmented financial data, gain clarity across assets, and make better decisions with confidence.

This role is designed for a self‑directed fresh graduate who wants broad exposure to how a SaaS company operates internally — across product documentation, internal systems, and go‑to‑market support.

This is an execution‑first role with a Management Trainee track. You will start with hands‑on operational work and gradually take on more responsibility based on performance, not tenure. You are expected to learn primarily through documentation, examples, and execution, with limited hand‑holding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with internal documentation and process clean‑up across functions related to product workflows, internal processes, and terminology
  • Support Lark migration and ongoing workspace hygiene (folders, access, structure)
  • Support completion and maintenance of:
    • Pricing Function Calculator
    • Pricing tiers & feature comparison lists
  • Conduct and maintain competitor analysis (features, positioning, pricing signals)
  • Assist in demo and trial account setup for sales and partnerships
  • Provide ad‑hoc operational support to senior executive when required (e.g. expense tracking, simple coordination tasks)
  • Support ad‑hoc internal projects as they arise
Requirements
Must‑haves
  • 0‑2 years experience (fresh grads welcome)
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and internal tools
  • Able to follow structured instructions and ask clarifying questions
  • Strong written communication (English required; Mandarin a plus)
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Exposure to SaaS, fintech, or startup environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, internal wikis, or collaboration tools (e.g. Lark, Notion, Google Workspace)
  • Interest in operations, business analysis, or internal projects
