Responsibilities:
Identify and assess suppliers based on cost, quality, and lead time
Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure value for money
Prepare and maintain purchase orders and agreements
Collaborate with departments to understand procurement needs
Track inventory and anticipate future requirements
Handle supplier issues and disputes
Keep informed on market trends and industry developments
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Account, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency inMandarin and English is mandatory
Preferable with Car Driving License
