Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Back-Office Operations Analyst to join our multi-family office. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate or an individual with 0–2 years of experience in financial services, preferably with basic knowledge of investment products (e.g., equities, bonds, funds, private equity). The candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our clients’ investment portfolios and ensuring accurate and timely processing of investment-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Trade Lifecycle Management
  • Process and monitor trade instructions across asset classes (equities, fixed income, funds, alternatives)
  • Ensure timely and accurate trade capture, settlement, and booking
  • Liaise with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to resolve trade discrepancies
2. Capital Calls and Distributions
  • Track and process capital calls and distributions for private market investments
  • Coordinate with investment teams and custodians to ensure proper fund flow and documentation
3. Investment Reference Data Management
  • Maintain and update security master data including pricing, identifiers (ISIN, SEDOL), asset classification, and counterparty details
  • Validate and reconcile investment data across systems and sources
4. Cash and Position Reconciliations
  • Perform daily and monthly cash and holdings reconciliations with custodians and counterparties
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks in a timely manner
5. Performance Measurement and Reporting
  • Support the generation and validation of performance reports for client portfolios
  • Ensure accuracy of return calculations and attribution metrics
  • Assist with preparation of client presentations and investment reviews
6. Annual Accounts Filing Support
  • Collaborate with Finance and external auditors to support annual financial reporting for trusts, entities, or funds
  • Provide necessary transaction data, valuations, and reconciliations as required
7. Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies or manual processes and suggest/implement improvements
  • Assist in automation, documentation, and testing of new operational workflows and tools
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships or academic experience are welcome to apply

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
