Job Title: Assistant Producer (Junior)

Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or up to 1–2 years relevant industry experience

Role Overview: We Are Heroes is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Producer to support our production team across commercials, branded content, digital campaigns, and short-form projects. This role suits a junior who wants real on-ground exposure, learns fast, takes initiative, and is serious about building a career in production.

You work closely with Producers, Directors, and Post teams. You help keep projects organised, on schedule, and on budget. You will see projects through from prep to shoot to post.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Producers in day-to-day production coordination and execution
• Assist with project scheduling, call sheets, shot lists, and production documents
• Liaise with crew, talent, vendors, and post-production teams
• Track deliverables, timelines, and approvals across projects
• Be present on set to support shoot operations when required
• Assist in post-production coordination including edits, revisions, and deliveries
• Maintain clear communication between internal teams and external partners

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field
• Fresh graduate welcome; up to 1–2 years experience in production is acceptable
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work long hours when required during shoots or deadlines
• High level of initiative and ownership in tasks assigned
• Clear communication skills and professional work attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
