Job description
Job Title: Junior Account Assistant (Marine Company) (ID9164)
Location: Jurong East
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.45pm
Salary: $2800-$3500
Benefits: AL 14 days, VB & AWS.
Job Description
- Assist in the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice issuance, billing, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of GST reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Assist in generating financial reports and schedules for management and auditors.
- Prepare payment vouchers, staff claims, petty cash, and other accounting entries.
- Support ad hoc finance, administrative, and audit tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Fresh graduate with a degree in accounting.
