Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive (Fresh Graduate) to support our sales operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, and able to work closely with clients and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in day-to-day sales activities, including basic marketing tasks, budgeting support, and customer follow-ups.
  • Business Planning: Help develop simple sales plans and proposals to support revenue targets.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Support the team by analyzing sales data, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting & Presentation: Prepare and present regular sales updates, reports, and summaries for management review.
  • Opportunity Tracking: Monitor all sales opportunities and coordinate with your supervisor to ensure timely contract creation and renewals.
  • Document Checking: Review sales contracts, quotations, and invoices to ensure details are correct before sending to clients.
  • General Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Provide support to the Sales Director and team on any other assigned duties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; strong academic performance is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in sales data.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or data tools is a plus.
