Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Gather all the purchase requisitions and communicate with the site office.
• Source locally and internationally, negotiating the best terms for quality, price, and delivery.
• Assess and prioritize the most suitable goods and services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a procurement.
• Skilled in ERP and e-Procurement systems.
• Good understanding of procurement best practices, contract agreement, financials and cost analysis.
• Familiarity with category strategy development, sourcing, supplier performance management and contract management.

Salary: $3,500 to $4,500
