A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking an Integration Lead / Architect to design and deliver the technical architecture for FircoSoft WLM and all associated integrations. Candidates should have over 12 years of experience, particularly in Integration Architecture within AML and Financial Crime systems. Responsibilities include defining end-to-end architecture, mapping integration flows, and leading technical workshops. Strong hands-on expertise with FircoSoft Suite is necessary, alongside a robust understanding of sanctions list data models.
The Integration Lead / Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering the technical architecture for FircoSoft WLM, sanctions screening, and all upstream/downstream integrations across the client’s APAC landscape. The role ensures robust data flows, secure integration patterns, and alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
Define the end-to-end architecture for WLM ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and export processes.
Map integration flows across source systems → WLM → Screening Engine → Reporting Layer.
Design integration patterns including SFTP, MQ, API Gateway, batch pipelines, encryption and PGP-based secure transport.
Lead technical workshops with the client’s AML teams and LexisNexis/FircoSoft product consultants.
Own Solution Blueprints, Data Flow Diagrams, Interface Control Documentation (ICD), and security architecture.
Oversee data transformations, match rule configuration, and list structure harmonisation.
Guide deployment activities such as UAT environment setup, patching, failover testing, and performance optimisation.
Define operational handover models, support procedures, and release governance.
12+ years of experience in Integration Architecture, with strong exposure to AML and Financial Crime systems.
Hands‑on technical expertise across FircoSoft Suite (FSC, FFC, WLM).
Strong understanding of sanctions list data models (UN, OFAC, HMT, EU, and local regulatory lists).
Proficiency in UTF‑8 cleansing, fuzzy matching techniques, alias structures, and PEP/negative media enrichment.
Experience leading large‑scale AML platform migrations and multi‑system integration deliveries.
