Accountant cum Admin Executive (Work in Singapore)

Platinum Yoga, one of Singapore’s leading and most established yoga studio chains, is dedicated to promoting wellness and healthy living through the practice of yoga. With multiple studios across the island, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Executive to join our growing team.

This dual-role position requires a candidate who can manage full-spectrum accounting tasks while also supporting administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of studio and office operations.

• Manage full set of accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including necessary reconciliations and adjustments.

• Handle GST filings and coordinate with auditors and tax agents when necessary.

• Monitor daily cash flow and assist in budget planning and financial reporting.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management and operations teams.

• Maintain organized filing systems and manage internal documentation.

• Handle inventory management and ordering of office/studio supplies.

• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and coordinate external communications as required.

• Ensure a well-organized office and studio environment to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles.

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Sound knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and accounting standards.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional integrity and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
