Job summary
A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager/Associate Director for Multi-Asset Strategies. This role involves managing balanced portfolios, conducting macroeconomic research, and supporting business development for new mandates. Candidates must possess a strong background in finance, ideally with a CFA designation, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in asset management. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills are crucial for success in this position.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management or a financial institution.
- University degree with emphasis on Quantitative Finance preferred.
- CFA designation is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage balanced portfolios with absolute mandates.
- Conduct macroeconomic research and implement investment strategies.
- Construct financial models to support asset allocation.

Senior Manager/Associate Director, Multi-Asset Strategies
- Manage balanced portfolios with absolute mandates
- Conduct macroeconomic research, formulate and implement global asset allocation investment process and strategies
- Construct research on asset classes, sectors and financial models to support the team's asset allocation recommendations.
- Support the business development team in marketing for new absolute mandates & servicing the needs of existing clients
- Help to coordinate and execute trades and clients' non-discretionary portfolios
- Assist to manage in-house ETFs
- Good University Degree in finance, accountancy or business, preferably with emphasis on Quantitative Finance
- CFA preferred
- At least 5 years of working experience within asset management or a financial institution
- Proficient in MS Office and Access
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner who is self-motivated and an excellent team player with a “can-do” attitude
