• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and journals.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Process employee expense claims, vendor invoices, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and record financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Monitor cash flow and budget preparation and forecasting.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost‑saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
• Work with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Manage petty cash, and reimbursements.
• Use accounting software to manage financial transactions efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve accounting workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is a plus.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
