A leading preschool in Singapore is looking for an administrative and accounting support professional to manage invoices, payments, and month-end closing activities. Candidates must hold a Diploma in Accounting or a related field, with prior experience in administrative roles preferred. Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Navision and attention to detail is essential. This role requires good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Process invoices, ensure timely payments, and support month-end closing and reconciliations. Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues and maintain accurate financial records for ECDA audit checking. Manage PPE issuance, and track inventory for office and pantry supplies. Handle daily admin tasks including document filing, supply coordination, and office support.
Possess Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or relevant field. Candidate with prior experience in an administrative or accounting supporting role is required. Familiar with Taidii system, kindergarten (pre‑school) experienced is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting system (Microsoft Navision) is a plus.
Attentive to details and has good communication skills.
