A leading global healthcare company in Singapore is seeking a Regional Finance Manager. The role involves leading the financial planning cycle, providing strategic financial guidance, and overseeing financial controllership. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting and at least 7 years of progressive finance experience, including prior managerial roles. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance business experience.
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager with team leadership.
- Proven ability to partner with and influence leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the region's full financial planning cycle.
- Partner with management for strategic financial guidance.
- Oversee monthly/quarterly closing and financial reporting.
- Manage business plan and actuals submissions.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and business case evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with governance processes and policies.
