Qualifications

• At least 1 year of M&A and/or capital raising deal experience for Associate role; 2-3 years for Senior Associate.
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in valuation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in financial analysis and modeling for M&A and capital raising transactions.
• Conduct company valuations using DCF, comparable analysis, and precedent transactions.
• Prepare pitch decks, proposals, and investment memorandums.
• Support due diligence processes by analyzing financial data.
• Conduct company and market research.
• Assist in executing corporate finance transactions.
