Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee internal fund management including cash flow updates and forecasting.
• Support fund-related activities such as NAV preparation and budgeting.
• Assist with GST filings, tax matters, and compliance.
• Coordinate with external accounting, audit, and tax partners.
