Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Drive US IPO readiness, including compliance with US GAAP, SEC reporting, and collaboration with auditors and advisors.
• Oversee FP&A functions, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure financial reporting accuracy, internal controls, and risk management.
• Partner with the executive team on capital strategy, funding, and corporate growth initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader, ideally with US IPO exposure.
• Strong expertise in FP&A, US GAAP, SEC reporting, and corporate finance.
• Experience in investor relations and public company readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business strategy through financial insights.
