Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review full sets of accounts and financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Manage audits, tax matters, and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee banking relationships, cash flow, and treasury activities.
• Establish and maintain internal controls and finance policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Partner with management on financial and operational matters.
