Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience with few years of supervision experience.
• Prior experience in accounting for Real Estate Fund or fund admin or real estate investment firm with international setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to fulfill client’s reporting requirement and prepare investment entities’ reporting.
• Provide operational support for funds’ acquisitions/dispositions in Asia.
• Coordinate with client’s auditor and provide full administrative support to client.
