Job summary
A facility management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee daily building operations. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance work and ensure routine servicing is conducted per contract specifications. Additionally, responsibilities include reviewing contracts for renewal and coordinating council meetings. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience and be familiar with the Building Strata Management Act, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience in facilities management.
- Conversant in Building Strata Management Act.
- Proven ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the building.
- Supervise maintenance work and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Review contracts and recommend renewals or tenders.
