Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project and facility management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience managing multi-site facilities and large-scale projects.
• Solid knowledge of building codes, safety, licensing, sustainability, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end facility development, renovation, and upgrading projects.
• Oversee daily facility operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Act as deputy to the Head, ensuring leadership continuity.
