Your Responsibilities

• Compounding of sweet and savory flavors for flavorists and for Sampling purposes.
• Ensure sufficient stock of raw materials for compounding use
• Good lab management and hygiene practice
• Assist in setting up various material dilutions for tasting
• Assist in sample dispatch
• Ensure correct handling and disposal of raw material
• Required to perform basic analytical support (Flashpoint, SG and RI) to flavor creation and regulatory

Your Profile

• Able to withstand strong odours
• Possess a keen sense of taste and smell
• Positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with open minded approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
