Job summary

A leading fund management firm in Singapore is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of compliance experience in the Fund/Asset Management industry, along with strong organizational skills and a good understanding of the regulatory framework. Responsibilities include liaising with regulators, managing compliance policies, and providing training to employees. Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in Compliance within the Fund/Asset Management industry.
  • Relevant compliance certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Compliance Officer

The firm specializes in EAM asset allocation, fixed income, private equity, structured products, and family office advisory. Backed by an experienced team, Sunova delivers tailored portfolio solutions aligned with client objectives, under strong regulatory and risk management standards.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with regulators on regulatory requirements and compliance filing
  • Manage and update the firm’s compliance policies and framework
  • Work with other teams on KYC/AML review on investors, CRS/FATCA filing
  • Keep track of new regulatory development and provide updates to the firm
  • Identify any potential compliance issues and provide solutions to the business
  • Update and advise the management on compliance issue and ensure the firm is in line with the regulatory standard and requirements
  • Provide compliance training and updates to the firm’s employees
  • Participate in compliance projects, internal audit, when necessary
Skills / experience requirements
  • At least three years of Compliance experience in Fund / Asset Management industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or other tertiary qualification, preferably with a relevant compliance certification.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory framework
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
