Job summary

Job Details

Location: South Buona Vista

Working Hours: 4 weekday + 1 weekend (Saturday)

Work Type: 1-year contract

Salary: Up to $ 7,000 per month + 1-month completion bonus

What you will be working on?

• Manage individual and group gallery bookings, including confirmations, changes, and cancellations, to ensure smooth visitor flow
• Coordinate visit logistics with docents, security, and facilities teams to support daily gallery operations
• Support publicity and outreach efforts in collaboration with the communications team
• Provide on-site visitor support, conduct safety checks, and conduct guided tours during gallery hours
• Prepare gallery spaces and ensure systems are operational before daily opening
• Collect, analyse, and report on visitor feedback and attendance data, and support special events as required

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Strong interest in Singapore's history and community building initiatives
• Strong planning, communications and administrative skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and conduct gallery tours as docent
