Integrated Maintenance Control Centre (IMCC) is a 24/7 maintenance operations centre which coordinates the conduct of maintenance activity for the sustainment of North‑South and East‑West Line. The maintenance controllers liaise with rolling stock, signal & communications, building & facilities, and permanent way department to ensure that faults and abnormalities are rectified timely.
Controllers are assigned to control cells, each with a dedicated control focus over rolling stock, signal and communications, building & facilities, and permanent way maintenance activities. The duties and responsibilities of the controllers include:
