This role involves managing facilities operations and maintenance, liaising with vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Job Details
  • Salary up to $3900
  • Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:45pm
  • Central Region
  • Performance bonus & Variable bonus
Job Scope
  • Supervise the daily planning, management, and operations of on-site facilities management.
  • Handle work requests and address fault calls both during and after office hours.
  • Oversee and coordinate contractors for routine and major maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Participate in site meetings related to maintenance and repair projects.
  • Perform inspections, monitor utility usage, and track building consumption.
  • Prepare cost estimates, work proposals, and technical feasibility reports.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of maintenance and repair work, including Mechanical & Electrical, Civil & Structural, and soft services.
  • Update the inventory of M&E equipment, submit work schedules, and monitor maintenance schedules for all systems and services.
Job Requirements
  • Independent working trait with strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Diploma in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields with 3 years of relevant experience OR;
  • Bachelor's in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields or similar certifications
